FAQ
Are your questions driving you berserk? We've got the answers!
How does membership work?
Membership is a recurring month-to-month subscription. Payment is due on the 1st of each month with a two-week notice pause/cancellation policy. Members who sign up after the 15th of any given month will be enrolled in classes for the following month and may attend classes for the remaining two weeks for FREE!
How do I pause or cancel my membership?
Simply reach out to your instructor no later than the 18th of the month and request a pause or cancellation
What is the difference between Gi and NoGi?
Gi is with the kimono. NoGi is without it. Training NoGi is much faster and more high-paced than Gi training. This is because in NoGi there aren't as many ways to hold or stall an opponent while rolling. However, Gi training can improve overall technique by forcing you to use good body mechanics and positioning to neutralize an opponent's grips
Can I come for a drop-in class if I am in town traveling?
Of course! Non-Berserkur members can pay a drop-in rate of $20 per class for jiu-jitsu and $10 per class for fitness and flexibility. Press the 'BJJ Drop-in' icon or the 'Fitness Drop-in' icon below. #mmanearme #jiujitsunearme
